Our career coaching services are created by and for PhD researchers and academics who want to build impactful careers beyond academia. We understand this transition firsthand, and we know how challenging it can be, especially as academic career paths become increasingly uncertain and competitive. Due to the increased number of PhD candidates, doctoral scholars more often recognize the need to seek positions outside academia. Currently, PhD trajectories often lack focus on career development support focused on non-academic settings, leaving candidates to navigate the job market independently.
